C. What We Do NOT Collect

Your videos and analysis results are processed 100% in your browser and are NEVER uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Biomechanical analysis results (risk scores, angles, flags, timestamps)
• Pose detection data
• Any personally identifiable information from your videos

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide access to the browser-based analysis tool based on your subscription tier
• Account Management: To create and maintain your account, process payments, and handle subscription changes
• Communication: To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), product updates, and respond to support inquiries

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

ThrowCheck is not available to users under 13 years of age. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting personal information from children under 13.

Users 13-17 Years Old

If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, we recommend involving a parent or legal guardian in your use of ThrowCheck. While not legally required under COPPA, parental guidance ensures informed use of our biomechanical analysis tools.

Age Verification

During account creation and waitlist signup, users must confirm they are 13 years of age or older. We take reasonable steps to prevent users under 13 from accessing the Service.

Parental Notification

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper verification, we will delete that information immediately. Parents who believe their child under 13 has provided us with personal information should contact us at contact@throwcheck.com and we will promptly investigate and delete the information.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
